New patients of all ages are welcome at our office. All dental appointments are confirmed by the front office.

The first appointment is always exciting for the patient and staff.

At your first appointment a “new patient form” will be completed to obtain insurance and health history information.

We need to know when your last full series of dental x-rays were taken. If the fmx (full series) are under 2 years old, we will ask that you bring it for your first appointment, otherwise a new series will be taken. A full series is a part of a thorough oral/dental examination.

The office offers all family dental services, with high skill and technology.
